Life's full of countless colors. In your black and white life, your friends become simple colors, while your loved ones become the more complex colors. These colors provide meanings to life. Likewise, here's a simple yet beautiful extension that brightens up the tabs in your favorite browser Firefox, and helps you to keep track of multiple tabs while browsing.

ColorfulTabs

Tabs were introduced in Firefox way back in 2001 and probably, this might be the best feature introduced in its history. ColorfulTabs takes this experience to the next level. It not only beautifies the overall appearance of the browser's interface but also colors every tab with a unique color to make it easy to distinguish.

There are different reasons why you would want to use this add-on. Switching between tabs of your choice has never been easier with a unique color (generated randomly or individually) to each tab. Not only does this help you to distinguish between various tabs, but also it makes the active tab stand out from the rest of them. You could also generate similar tab colors for different pages of the same site and preset domain colors. This makes it easier to identify which site runs on each tab.

You may wish to add background images for each tab too. There are a number of fine tuning options available to customize ColorfulTabs according to your needs. It's high time that you added some colors to your browsing experience.
