Retains a searchable file list even if drive disconnected

I know this exists but I'm damned if I can track the program down now that I have a need for it!

I'm looking for a program that functions (somewhat?) like Everything that, as well as a list of files currently on connected drives, also retains/includes a searchable list of files on drives that are no longer connected to the PC.

Looking to match the blazing speed of Everything if possible.

You could print a list of the files which can then be searched.

I had never thought of this, but I could use it also, so I went looking and found something called "Tabbles". There is a free for personal use version. They have no rating from WOT, so I will not post link here.

It does come clean at virus total:

They do advertise that you can find files in disconnected drives in a search. If the drive is not connected, a double click on the search result will tell which drive to connect to find the file.

They do ask for an email to send download link and it automatically signs you up for their email subscription. there is an unsubscribe option, but not sure it it works.

I have not installed yet.

Thanks rolanfdlorida, (and esp for checking and noting the level of site security!) again I don't think this is the one I was advised of (file indexing is not a primary function) but this is a very interesting find esp for business purposes by the looks.

(I too(?) didn't realise such a thing was possible. Now my collection of drives has expanded to the point that I can't have them all online - and a NAS/server solution doesn't suit - I thought "I know I read somewhere sometime..." It is a great idea.)

Without downloading I am unsure of the speed in locating a file and whether a file needs to be tagged or not (that would possibly move me away from the free version as I have a gazillion files) but this one is a definite investigate if I don't find that elusive program I'm looking for.

Thanks EldonW, it's a good thought but is not the one click/one list/always up to date solution I am looking for.

Thanks EldonW but if this from the site is fully correct-

it is of no use (no mention of disconnected drives that I could see either)
