Gmail Adds Two Safety Features
Gmail added two features this week to help you determine the safety of the email that arrives in your Inbox. The first one lets you know if you receive a message from, or are about to send a message to, someone whose email service doesn’t support TLS encryption, a broken lock will appear in the message. The second feature is if you receive a message that can’t be authenticated, a question mark appears instead of the sender’s profile photo, corporate logo, or avatar (if you've assigned one to them).

Troubleshooting hardware can be a bit of a challenge......sometimes more than a bit of a challenge. I've had this chart bookmarked for some years now but just ran across it recently and thought I would share since it's such a fantastic resource. The site says the poster prints out to 30" x 30" (76 cm x 76 cm) h/t

The troubleshooting flowchart appears to be just a teaser to get you to purchase one of the complete PDF guides. Think I'll take a pass on this one.
