Searching for a decent Tetris clone with great gameplay and pretty graphics? Well, there are hundreds of Tetris clones out there but only very few have fun gameplay and good graphics.
I played dozens of Tetris clones and Tetra Blocks and Quadra are the best I have found yet. And there's also a very fine game called DUOtris available which is actually not a Tetris Game but a puzzle game in the vein of Columns. It involves blocks and is so good that it is worthy to be mentioned here as well.
Besides those games there are also two higher quality Tetris Games available, but both have no Windows ports yet. Quinn is for Mac and Ltris for Linux.

Tetra Blocks: Play this authentic tetris clone with smooth gameplay, crisp graphics and nice music. You can also play against one of your friends in the 2 player mode. Either in friendly mode (only score counts) or battle mode (send the cleared lines over to attack). For a bigger challenge: Play both players at once yourself. WASD for left player and cursor keys for the right player. It's more challenging and fun than playing only on one side.
Quadra: An extremely smooth tetris clone with many multiplayer options. Either play with one or two friends on one PC or play over LAN or Internet with even more players. Be sure to configure the controls for each player before you start to play. (Hint: To Start the game in multiplayer mode press the "Pause" Button on your Keyboard)
DUOtris: The most professional Freeware puzzle game available. Bring at least 3 blocks with the same color together to let them disappear. It's no Tetris Clone (more similarities with the classic game columns though) but it deals with blocks and it's an absolutely fantastic puzzle game.

Quadra was a good multiplayer game, but it doesn't have players anymore. All of the best Quadra players have switched to Cultris 2. It's the most popular multiplayer Tetris clone, featuring very fast gameplay and combos.
From 20 to even 100 players every day in lobby, while the Free For All room - the most popular one - can have, for example, 25 people (number is limited only by the players' PC's being able to keep up) playing at the same time!
Good graphics and music. It also includes a few gamemodes for people only getting the hang of multiplayer.
