If you just want a thesaurus consider Mobysaurus Thesaurus. It's much more comprehensive than the thesaurus in either WordWeb and TheSage but lacks a separate dictionary.

Without the need of Internet access, you can search a word offline from over 2.5 million synonyms and related terms in the database of Mobysaurus. It integrates Moby Thesaurus II, Roget's Thesaurus, GCIDE Dictionary and WordNet; all are royalty-free, powerful and most suitable for everyday reference. However, if you go online, try also FreeThesaurus.net, which makes use of Moby Thesaurus database.
