Few features - it's basically just a viewer, image quality is not the best.
Our Review:
If all you are really looking for in a PDF reader that is light and the ability to view and print a PDF file, Sumatra may be for you.
It's a little short on features like those available in PDF-XChange and Foxit Reader, and it has some limitations in rendering images, but it does have plenty of viewing options.
This reader does not include simple editing functions, neither annotations on pdf documents.
