Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon RC. Sunset main theme, Adwaita Cupertino L window borders, Evolve GTK theme, Zorin icons and custom Superkaramba monitor.

That's the reason I also used a custom "apple" icon for the start menu. The beauty of Linux - unlike Windows or Mac, you can make it exactly what you want it to be.

Solus OS 1.2 - amd64. "Vision" base theme, Zorin icons, custom cursor and custom Superkaramba monitor using a Stardock tile as the background image.

I've been running Windows 8 with dual screens. Except my productivity went down because I like a pretty picture too much. I'm going back to a single screen because I dislike the incongruity in this extended desktop.

Next to the Google Search app, added a website shortcut to "Gizmo's Freeware" on the Start Screen. The tile was created using this free tool OblyTile.
