Free Comedy, Humor and Satire Audiobooks
Ambling Books has about 25 free classics in its humor category available for free download in MP3. There are also about 30 free classic audiobooks available in its Satire category.
AudioBooksForFree has over 1129 free audio books in its humor comedy section available for free download in MP3. The free downloads are in low quality (8kbps) and registration is required.
Audio Literate 
has 3 free classic audiobooks in its Humor section available for free download in MP3 (zipped) without registration.
Books Should Be Free has about 200 free classic ebooks in its humor category. All are available for free listneing online and free download as MP3, iPod (M4b) and iTunes podcast (XML).
FreeAudioBooks.Co.UK offers around 100 free classic audiobooks in its humour category for free listening online or free download in MP3. As the anonymous poster who suggested this said-it is easy to navigate through and get to what you want.
Free AudioBooks.EU has 2 free classic audiobooks in its Humor section. Available for free download as iTunes Podcast, M4b and MP3 (as well as EPUB, MOBI and read online).
FreeAudioBooks.WS has some interesting entries in their free MP3 audio book collection. This link is to their Comedy genre listings.
Free Listens is a blog that finds free audiobooks around the web and gives a complete review as well as links. This link is to the Humor category. Download and listening options vary as these are links offsite.
In The Gloaming 4 "comedy-horror" podcasts available for free listening online and free download im MP3. There do not appear to be any new stories.
LibriVox has over 301 free audio books in its humor category(and always growing) available for download in MP3 (64kb/128kb) or ogg vorbis. There are also 143 free audiobooks in its comedy category and 127 free audiobooks in its Satire category. All are human read. This is a very nice collection.
Librophile has a good size collection of audio books for free download in MP3. Most all appear to be from Librivox, but the site is easy to navigate through. Suggested by Philip. Note that they do not allow links to the genres and you have to select the genre (Comedy, Humor and Satire) in the genre listing.
Lit2Go has 6 free classic noels as audiobooks available in its Satire genre for free download in MP3 without registration.
MariaLectrix is a site that is primarily known for its books catering to a Catholic readership. However they also have some interesting works that are not religious oriented. This link is to their colleciotn marked Humorous.
Misfits Audio Productions a collection of humor broadcasts, some based upon novels, available for free listening online or free download in MP3 without registration.
TheDrabllecast is an audio fiction magazine that has short stories available for free listening online or for free download in MP3. This link is to their Comedy genre listings.
The Drama Pod has around 5 free podcasts tagged Humor. These are original stories and are available for free listeining online without registration.
The Dunsteef Audio Fiction Magazine produces free audio files of stories that are available for free listening online or free download in MP3 without registration.. This link is to their posts tagged Comedy.
The Story Spieler has some short stories and novels in chapters in the Humor category available for free listening online and free download in MP3 without registration. All narrated by Roy Trumbull, a retired radio and TV broadcaster.
