There are many battery monitoring programs out there. Most do pretty much the same thing - monitor your battery and alert you when it's getting low. However, when you are charging your battery there aren't many programs which can pop an alert to tell you that your battery is getting close to or has reached 100% capacity. In fact, I only found one - Batterydeley.

Alerts you when your laptop battery is getting low. Also alerts you when external power is unplugged or plugged back in. Fully configurable.

By default it alerts you when your battery gets down to 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%, and 5%. You can change these numbers to anything you like, and you may add an unlimited number of alerts.

Each alert may include its own image, plus a .wav sound or other command to run. See file BatteryDeley.ini for settings...

...ability to specify charging notifications at any percent you like instead of just notifying you only when charge reaches 100%. e.g. Now you can set it to notify you when computer is charged to 90%.

I just started using this program and I am impressed. It is simple, unobtrusive, uses very little RAM (2MB) and, most of all, does what I want.

Seems good...but I'm perfectly happy with Windows battery monitoring in conjunction with BatteryBar.
