Default Avast Free Antivirus Alert

Did anybody came across this Alert from Avast?
Is it something I need to worry about and could anybody help me to fix it?

Thanks,

L.M

It is good that Avast is checking our DNS configurations. I didn't know they did that.

Thanks fellows.

At the time I reported the alert, I was running the VPN.
I just run the scan with the VPN off, no alert was displayed.

I would have thought that THAT was the first and most important check for online security.

But not for antivirus programs which used to focus on local operations. It's only been in the last few years that they've bundled updaters, identity protection, and network detection. They used to just scan for DNS changer software rather than looking up a list of infected/hacked servers.
