GIMP has updated to version 2.10.14

GIMP version 2.10 is a major release with great changes and many improved tools. It also natively supports WebP image format without needing a plugin.

My current version of GIMP installed from the Snap Store to Deepin is still version 2.10.12. Deepin's App Store is currently hosting the old version GIMP 2.8.18

The new version of the snap app GIMP 2.10.12 seems to run well except for a "Gimp-Widgets-WARNING" about an error parsing of iso_639.xml file.
