KB4503308 on ‎12 June ‎2019 is my latest one, none since then.

The release notes page shows that one has security fixes;

Maybe MS don't issue updates for the ones with only bug fixes and that's why they haven't issued updates for July and August?

Yes, same here. Last update for flash player was on 13th June on my PC.

Maybe you are right for Microsoft releasing flash player update for security fixes. But, since Windows won't allow external/manual update for flash player activex, then they should be releasing all flash player updates.

For Firefox based flash player, I do download its setup and install it manually, after uninstalling the previous version via the flash player uninstaller from Adobe.

Yes, you'd think they would update every version of Flash regardless. Maybe they just reckon the bug fixes are not that important and only issue the ones with security fixes. I don't know, but I'm sure they would send the updates if they deemed them essential. Same as some of the smaller Chrome fork browsers I've used/use, they don't always issue updates unless they're security updates. Time and money I suppose.

Anyway, the MS Update Catalogue only lists up to the June update, the one we have;

...... and I'm assuming you're running build 1903, so if you are you should be ok. Otherwise I'm sure MS would have issued an update,

You were right deya. This time Windows Update updated this version and it showed to be a security update for flash player. So they offer update for flash player only if it's a security update.

Yes same here, Anupam, got the Flash update via WU also. Must be MS policy to only issue what they deem to be important updates.
