dictation software [free]

Hi i recently downloaded dictation pro 0.9 a free software d.l. for windows 7 but im finding to heavy for my Samsung n145 plus notebook which runs windows 7 starter which only has 1gb ram/Intel atom 1.66Ghz as it uses over 250 ram.

I have also noticed that since downloading it, my notebook strains to make video calls which isn't brilliant at best so I would like to know if there is any dictation software that is light enough to use on my computer?
