Firefox can't find file at /C:/ file

Hi All,
Click on Mozilla and this message appears below, then using History to
access internet (Yahoo).

Firefox can’t find the file at /C:/Documents and Settings/HP_Owner/My Documents/Downloads/HPPSdr(2).exe.

Have recently switched from Spectrum to ATT could this be an access
port or virus issues.

Have used CCleaner, which has deleted some similar files?

Around the same time, can't sent docs to my HP printer for printouts?

Any items, suggestions, feedback, are most urgently needed.

I you used CCleaner it may have cleared the Download History of Firefox.

Download the file again and run it. Hopefully your printer issue will be fixed.

Using Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 as OS.
As for download the file again and run it? What file are
you talking about and how do I do this?

The file you can't find - HPPSdr.exe.

Hi,
From other scan, found out that Avast Antivirus had been blocked
for some reason, after deleting it, installed [commercial reference removed]
then scan, scan, problem was solved. Thanks all for your help.
