Default Gizmo's not the same anymore

I can't find anything anymore. Been a member here for years and years and it used to be so easy to find stuff. Now I come here and I can't find things. I was searching for free blog. I got over 25 pages worth of results, but no page that compared a few blogs like this used to do. Guess Gizmo's is getting like all the other stuff. They improve it and think it's better but really it is hard er to use. Sad.

Unfortunately there is not a comparative review covering this specific subject. This is why the site search identified anything with the word "blog" included. Someone did volunteer to write a review entitled "Best Free Blogging Platform" but this was two years ago and they only got as far as the introduction before leaving.

there used to be lots of sites like the Gizmo site,
and most of them have disappeared completely.

since most of them, were for the truck-loads of Free Software,
that was available for the Win-XP system,
and that most of those programs can't / won't run on later Windows systems.

this in itself, will make things harder for the Gizmo Review Team.

Not entirely true, there is a lot of new software which is (in theory) also running on older systems. You are not really advised to run older systems though.

And most old software still runs under later versions.
