Anupam; try either Avira Browser Safety or Avast Online Security - or both together. Can't help with Firefox because I don't use it. I use Avira because, to me, it seems the better of the two although I still do have WOT installed in Opera Stable.
It's hard to make the choice to be honest - you have to go with what feels right for you. I don't think Mozilla would have allowed the extension back if they weren't happy with the changes made to WOT and from what I read they rejected a couple of earlier submissions from WOT for that very reason. You still can't install WOT to Yandex so I use Avira with uBlocko. It doesn't take long to get used to not having WOT. But in the end, the choice is yours. |
