My apologies. I had hoped the saying "Out of sight, ought of mind" might take hold. I do like to discuss defragmenters, but I do not like to be the cause of tension in such a thread. I was tempted to use the Lovecraftian "He Who Must Not Be Named"

As it has been since I first posted on this forum, I thank you, Anupam, for your kind consideration and clear and rational moderation. I'm sure the Son of Krypton is honored for you to wear his symbol!

Thanks for the kind words, and it's an honor in itself to receive such statement... have always been a fan of Superman, since when I was a kid .

Same here. Easily my favorite superhero. I'm reminded of that 'Saturday Night Live" skit concerning Superman's funeral where one superhero funeral goer noted "Superman was so thoughtful, he could basically do everything all of us could, but he let us have work anyway!"

Late to this

I'd just like to say that I've seen some 3rd party defrag utilities trigger BSODs at boot time with W7 x64.
