This is on the technical side of things, but if you're a Windows command line user, Microsoft has released a PDF file listing over 250 Windows Command References. All commands are listed alphabetically and include a detailed description of the command, command line arguments, and for some commands, which version of Windows the command applies to.
Not all commands work for every version of Windows, but command line users will find extended information on favorite commands and no doubt pick up some new ones.
The file is free to download, easy to use, and runs to 948 pages. The amount of pages is because syntax, parameters, remarks, and examples are included for each command reference.
