Thank you :)

Would I need to register with all those sites to use them?

You asked me to report more templates within vuze that seem dodgey to me.
What about TorrentProject?

Right now it's the only one that's come up with a lot of hits for something that's just been released. The hits all look okay but I'm not sure if I can trust it.

Greets and thanks again,

Sca

Thanks bunches! I updated the article description and also tracked down the wallpaper at a new site and changed the link.

Here's the link for the wallpaper:

It really helps when you mention things like this, I don't have the ability to write new articles and also check all the previous articles I've written to keep things up to date. :(

rhiannon,
i lived on Maui and hiked through haleakala several times. this photo leaves me wondering if it is haleakala crater or one of the cinder cones within the immense crater??
where are kaupo and kulau gaps?

view
Wallpaper of the Week Haleakalā Summit, Aerial View 8 months 3 weeks ago rhiannon

I don't know 100% that the image is in Haleakalā. Outside of the link above, I sourced the image at these three sites to see if the image is accurate:

https://matadornetwork.com/destinations/north-america/united-states/hawa...

https://pixabay.com/photos/geology-volcano-crater-haleakala-1836353/

https://unsplash.com/search/photos/maui?photo=sfgH9dXcMRw

I'm assuming the birds and clouds were added in a photo manipulation program before being uploaded to the wallpaper site.

I don't always know if an image is where it says it is. I do the best I can to verify, but other sources may not be accurate. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Wallpaper of the Week: Arctic Sunset 4 years 4 months ago crosseyedlemon

I think I know why you cropped the original wallpaper. It seems to show a group (Gilligan, Skipper & Co?) taking a three hour tour in the bottom right foreground.

view
Wallpaper of the Week: Arctic Sunset 4 years 4 months ago rhiannon

I didn't crop the wallpaper. I usually download a smaller image to use for the articles. The one I used is what you see. I think it was 800 x 600 or similar. I didn't notice that the Gilligan, Skipper and the rest of crew had journeyed to the Arctic and that part of their vessel had been cut off. My bad. :)

Ah, I've managed to bring yet another soul over the dark side. :-) I'm happy to hear you like it. It's a good background for people who don't use wallpaper much, or at all (which, I hasten to add, is perfectly fine). I think it's easy on the eyes and has enough detail to make the background interesting without being intrusive. The other wallpaper I mention is darker, with fewer details, has fewer bright areas and adds small touch of color.

I realize your not a scientist but I don't see any evidence of an impact (which would result in some type of stress fracture at the point of contact). I think it more likely that there is some unseen force to the left of the clear orb drawing matter in that direction.

view
Wallpaper of the Week: Collision 1 year 8 months ago rhiannon

Nope not a scientist. :)
I like your thought of an unseen force. The author of the image titled it Collision so that's the direction I went. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have a lawn full of those, and they're maple leaves, not oak. That's what is on the Canadian flag.

view
Wallpaper of the Week: Colorful Autumn Leaves 4 years 5 months ago rhiannon

I'm happy you like it. There are so many places on the planet where there aren't leaves, and places that don't have trees that turn colors and fall off according to seasons that I couldn't leave them out. I'd rather live someplace where it's warm all the time but for now I live where there are four distinct seasons. :)

Thanx for this one rhiannon...I have always wanted to go to a library like this. Bring a sleeping bag, a cooler for food and drink and my MP3. Then I'd start at the top, working my way down each section. Can you imagine what treats we could find there? Guess I'd also have bring lots of tissues and allergy pills since I can also imagine the dust. Of course, a place like this would also have a cat or two...

I like nature themed wallpapers but this one might leave me open to some serious ribbing from my more macho buddies.

view
Wallpaper of the Week: Delightful Spring Tulips 4 years 2 weeks ago rhiannon Oh dear...maybe you could just real real quick turn off your monitor if one of them happens to appear. Many of the macho guys I know create awesome gardens and landscapes, including flowers. They cook (and some wear manly type aprons). They wear pink and other colors with no fear. Maybe your buddies need to expand their horizons? Or, just blame it all on me because I'm tired of cold weather. And I simply adore flowers, possibly more than I love computers. :) view
Wallpaper of the Week: Delightful Spring Tulips 4 years 2 weeks ago MidnightCowboy

I agree with Rhiannon. Either find some more respectful buddies or stop caring what they think. :)
This is my current wallpaper.
http://i.imgur.com/gH3zcpE.jpg
I also cook everything in our house, spend ages in the garden growing stuff and love to shop. If my wife spends the whole day looking for shoes but can't find any she likes, I'm still pleased to have been there. Conversely, I fish, drink beer at weekends until it comes out of my ears and I'm very effective with a 9mm handgun and 30 cal rifle. Folks therefore find it hard to categorize me as a person and I should worry about that why? :D MC - Site Manager.

Wallpaper of the Week: Delightful Spring Tulips 4 years 2 weeks ago rhiannon Sure, I'll send my best friend right over, he does creative and awe inspiring things inside and out.........he could charge for visits to his house, it's that amazing. If you read the article, you'll see that the name derives from the French for "cherry", but that it's more the clour of cooked cherries than fresh ones...
