is there actual program that will copy a website that will allow me to post on my website where all of the links will still work?

Try HTTrack. I was looking for something like this a couple of years ago and came across that.. I didn't have enough time to download the website entirely (I was on the run an without Internet a short while right after), so I couldn't test it extensively, but it did seem to work.
