Default Mouse pointer highlighter

I found an application that can be used to change your mouse pointer by just clicking a hot key. You can also use your own cursors.
What is different and great about this tool is that:
1. The hotkey feature allows changing the cursor back and forth in seconds
2. Can add your own cursors to the included library
3. The installation is super quick.
4. After installing the program you can move the installation folder anywhere and it will work. I have run it from a USB. The installation folder only contains 5 files (most are unnecessary, so they can be deleted), see screenshot below, so that makes the size of the folder even smaller to carry around.
I thought someone out there might need something like this. I use it during presentations and when creating video tutorials.

If you have used this tool before it would be great to hear your experience with it.
I could not find any reference to this program in this website so I am hoping it is a new find for most.
