That is one you have to be VERY careful about.

And NEVER from anywhere else as it is likely to have been corrupted (as a minimum, by wrappers)

I use Firefox as my browser for my W10 Creators update version and find this Plugins checker great for updating Adobe Flash Player as required:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
Always vetted by Bitdefender and never had any issues.
