garantee senders email id

I want to know if an email program exists that can garantee who the email is from . I'm surprised this is difficult It would really help young students and teens in school , I know many are against this for privacy reasons but students who want protection would really welcome an email program like this .

There are just too many mail anonymizing services to make what you want possible in addition to the usual spam domains such as .date, .biz, .site etc. Add to this the many thousands of hacked accounts used by bots to spread malware and you begin to appreciate the size of the problem. Windows is especially vulnerable to mail attacks although social engineering threats apply to any platform.

I don't wish to target any one particular set of users but in my experience students are a lost cause when it comes to following even the basics of security regarding mail links/attachments, browsing to unsafe domains and media sharing.

That is rubbish and you know it. Email is email and is NOT OS specific.
It may be that more people use Windows email clients and therefore there are more attacks coming from and to Windows, but that is purely down to statistics, not that Windows is any more vulnerable.
In my experience over the years, there are far more attacks, proportionally, coming from Linux users.

99% of malware in relation to emails targets Windows users so hardly rubbish.

You are both arguing semantics. Windows is more likely to be attacked as it is the most popular/used OS. That does not make it more vulnerable - just more likely to be attacked. Burn-it is correct in my view.

"A factor considered in target selection that relates each potential target to a standard scale in terms of the degree to which it is considered vulnerable"

Therefore more targeted=more vulnerable.
