On my Desktop(XP sp3) using Avira Internet security (coz I won 18 months license) and returnil and mbam as on demand. add to that WOT and FF with adblock plus. also have pardus installed for surfing/downloading

On Laptop(7 sp1) using Avast free with online armor free firewall,Adaware free and Unthreat as on demand scanner (can u guys give a review of Unthreat? I heard it's on vipre's engine)..Also have sandboxie,ff and comodo dragon with WOT and comodo's DNS. Kaspersky's rescue cd when I feel paranoid and openSUSE 11.4 for simple download/surfing..
Any suggestions?

I'm just an enthusiast who provided a lot of details. Personally, I find a virtalization software, Windows built-in security, disk imaging, internet safety checker, and good (preferably multi-engine) on-demands scanner combined with adequate technical know-how sufficient.

Somehow missed SUPERAntiSpyware Free.

I'm glad you clarified that. It will help me to decide what I'm going to do.

@bhtani
I'll suggest the use of lastpass if you're not using any password mgmt tool already
Malware security wise, i dont think you need anything else (that goes for both desktop and laptop)

For things which require discussion, please open a separate thread. Do not disrupt the thread on topic.
