Can't open sandboxie site

I was getting constant popups to update sandboxie, as fast as i would close the window it would be back, so i uninstalled it.

But now I can't get the sandboxie webpage to open on this or any other...

When you download and install the tor browser does it come with it's own version of firefox as part of the package, or do you have to have firefox already installed?
