ImgBurn not safe ? Flagged by AV

It's easy enough to create a portable version of ImgBurn, using the directions here - http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=583.

This will avoid any installation process such as Open Candy, or unwanted bundled software.

Be aware that when the directions say "extract to a folder of your choice" it means literally extract the installer executable, e.g. with 7-zip or Universal Extractor or something similar.

I'm at a loss I must admit, as to why ImgBurn would want to install WinPCap which is for capturing data from the internet... e.g. for capturing video or audio streams. ImgBurn has no such function as far as I know, so WinPCap is completely superfluous.
