Image viewers and photo organizers are also worth considering as many have simple editing functions.

I use Fotor, I am sure it's not the best option though, it cannot rotate images, for example. But it has a nice set of options and a couple of cool filters, so that's why I stick with it for now.

Fotor is an online editor. Don't think the thread starter is looking for online editors.

Anupam, there's a desktop version of Fotor too. I never tried it though.

Thanks Joe, I had missed that. They should have made the software for all platforms more visible. It's only when you scroll to the very bottom of the page, that you see links for install on other platforms, otherwise, it seems like it's only available online and on smartphones.
