I think Android has more going for it. Symbian has been falling behind a lot lately. The number of apps for Android is growing rapidly, and the open-source community is a powerful force driving it forward.

Agreed with what Ritho said. I used to be a Symbian user, but now I've turned to Android.

Ok. I also think so. And what is your opinon about Bada operating system?? I heard that it is more better than Android. I went to a mobile showroom to purchase a mobile. They told me that Android is only for business purpose. They suggested me to go for Bada. what do you think??? Any idea??

Can't really comment on that, but in terms of number of users, I would say that Android has more users than Bada do in the market unless I've missed out something.

They are probably just trying to sell you a Samsung Phone. How can they say it is only for business purposes? Bada may become a serious competitor to Android, but it is not there yet. Like I said before, Android has apps, lots of apps. Many of them are free. I don't know how many free apps have been developed for Bada, but since I am a big fan of freeware, I vote for Android. I think I read somewhere that Android now has in surplus of 100,000 apps to choose from. Bada has somewhere around 3,000 I think. (Of course iPhone/iPad has over 300,000 I believe, so it still wins hands down here.)

If you are in the market for a nice smartphone I would recommend looking at some of the HTC phones.
