Default Hebrew language support on Android

I thought someone might be able to help me on how to install Hebrew support on Android. I tried searching online but couldn't find something useful. There are Hebrew keyboards on Google Play, but you somehow need to be able to install Hebrew fonts for them to be displayed correctly on the screen. And it's a right-to-left language. Would you be able to help me out here? Would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks. There are Hebrew keyboards available, that's not the problem. The problem is that non English characters are not being displayed properly. I understand that this can be corrected by substituting some system fonts by Hebrew fonts, but I'm not exactly sure on how to do that. And since Hebrew is a right-to-left language, this will also need to be supported. I know there must be a way to do it, but don't know how...

Hi IsiEMT, perhaps this is what you are looking for. According to the description, fonts will not be installed but the pictures show Hebrew characters. I think you should read the comments from users.

Hi IsiEMT,

It would help us a lot if you could mention your Android version.

Let's start with the obvious one: Have you tried to set Hebrew as your default system language? I'm asking this because I read about many people having problems when trying to set Hebrew as the system language on early versions of Android 2.2.x as well as Gingerbread. However, I read most of those problems were solved in the Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) version since Hebrew has been included as a fully supported language option for the phone (I cannot confirm it since I don't speak hebrew... nobody's perfect, right?)

Anyway, I hope these links can help you:

Thanks. The comments are not very helpful. Most comments people just complain that it doesn't work fully or partially, and the few people who are satisfied don't give more details...
