Default Converting PDF's to epub

Im using Moon + reader to read a few books. I like the whole page turn effects, I have a few PDF books that i want to convert to epub so i can continue using Moon + reader. I have Adobe Reader but i don't really like the style of it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and i am using calibre to convert the PDF's the the right format, however when they convert the books don't loo right. I have tried changing the settings and layout from default to Samsung Galaxy and it still don't quite look right.

Can anyone suggest any other way? or format to make it easier...

I know Moon + reader have a upgrade to allow reading PDF files, but i try not to buy internet based stuff unless it gives me something Physical i can touch and hold. Rather then buy something that will soon go out of date or becomes rubbish after a update ect.

Calibre gave me the same headaches when converting PDFs for my Android phone, so I decided to look for a better option and I found ePUBator. It is an iText based and ePubcheck compliant Android app that works wonders when it comes to converting PDF files to ePub even though it is still on beta (v0.9) but it works offline and it weights only 1MB.

I think it will solve all your formatting issues.

Thanks just what i was looking for. Done a nice job.
The only downside i saw was it did not include pictures that were in the PDF.

Haven't tested the app out fully, Ive only asked it to do one job, but it done it nicely.
I like how its also a app on my mobile i was expecting desktop programs to be suggested.

Thanks for reporting back on the app's performance. I'm glad to hear it helped you and suited your needs.
