Well from what they are saying this is a rolling release, therefore it will be supported for good or as long as Mint is alive...

But yes, it is not ubuntu, however I was having a few problems with ubuntu lately...

Let me know your experience with CFCE

XFCE doesn't want to recognize my USB even though I have the latest additions as well as extensions. I am sorry but it just seems clunky even considering that it was running inside VirtualBox. Comparably standard Mint ran very smooth inside vBulletin. I also didn't care for the install process, clunky as well. Still going to bounce it around abit before deciding to keep it or not.
