Default Make single bootable image from multiple image files

This article on MakeUseOf shows how you can make a single bootable ISO image, with multiple ISO image files. This would be a great way to keep your favorite Linux live CDs on a single DVD . This will only work on Linux though, and with only a few selected ISO files... the details are in the article.

Someone on our forum had asked about such a thing, how it can be done, but I think that was for Windows. Such solutions for Windows are available, but I found them very hard to understand. This looks much simpler.
