Default Dolphin issue

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

This is Makulu KDE.

For some reason Dolphin has always shown two locations for Home/Root/Network/Trash, one of which was not accessible anyway. Previously I just dismissed this as one of the inevitable Linux quirks, but overnight these spare directories have multiplied into a complete family. I've tried un-installing Dolphin, deleting whatever other references I could find for it and re-installing, but the result is the same. Have currently replaced it with Nautilus, although not ideal.

Never seen anything like it. Perhaps there is a symbolic link there? It could cause a loop hence the repeating folders.

Thanks for the suggestion - something else to hunt down as soon as I get some time.
