Default KDE5 approaches

This release promises to be a real step forward but it also needs to work. I can't believe the devs will allow themselves to make the same mess as they did moving from 3.5 to 4, but then the Linux world has always operated to it's own rules.

Yup: "break everything and then fix it step by step - when done, break it again".

That said, the flat approach is pleasing. I'm curious what will happen.
