Yes, I've tried the Task Schedule method with Listary and Everything. What I found was that while the services and exes started up at boot-time with no problems, they had no systray icons or GUIs : )

What has worked with Everything oddly enough, is to set Admin Privileges in the Compatibility tab. It doesn't make any difference when running the prog manually but it does seem to have whitelisted Everything as an autorun.

I think those options need to be passed as parameters, if I remember correctly, in the same way as when invoking them from a batch file.
