Default Update Woes

Seems like a bad period for Linux in terms of both system upgrades and updates.

Netrunner users have been locked out of their systems and a recent update invoked the "suspend and resume" error on my Mint 14 KDE, and no matter what I did with the NVIDIA proprietary drivers, I could not achieve a working system.

Many users are now posting that this is a good time to stick with Windows.
