What's the point in updating if it isn't better?

Because most of the flash player updates are security updates

Ah...security. Now that's something I can relate to.

You'd think Adobe would start to release Flash versions that don't have Critical Vulnerabilities!

I mean it's like My Kingdom for a Flash Release that doesn't have CRITICAL VULNERABLITIES!

Sorry, it's my day to complain today.

Yes, I think it is better because it appears to fix a problem introduced by an earlier update.

Flash video playback would stutter. With Firefox it was hardly noticeable unless on a low-powered or busy system. With Pale Moon it was unacceptable any way I tried it - the only solution was to revert to an earlier version of Flash player.

The whole rigmarole of uninstalling and then installing a new version of Flash every month may about to be improved:

InteVyDis, a Russian firm specializing in packaging software security exploits, has released a software module that can give a remote computer access to an up-to-date Windows 7 machine running the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player 11
I think that this (InteVyDis) is the firm that find vulnerabilities in software and notifies the code to the vendor for a price?
