Thanks for making the effort. I have done that too, and that's why I raised the question. I don't know why they have made the release notes hard to find.

I think the competition from Chrome is getting to Mozilla

Default Firefox 6.0.1

Firefox 6.0.1 is available. I got the notification just now from Firefox. Also, I saw it the information on Kaldata too. However, the release is not yet available on Mozilla officially.

After the small notification, I got the bigger notification ... so I updated it from there. Was a small download of 1.7 MB, and the update went fine. Now my Firefox is updated to 6.0.1 .

Default A New Feature?

Updated to 6.0.1 and thanks guys for the prompt.

Tried to search a word on a webpage by pressing Ctrl-F.

Surprised, the search box didn't show up (because my add-on bar was always set to off) , thought it was a bug.

I just continued to key in a word after pressing Ctrl-F, Oh, it highlighted the word in the page.

How to search the next same word? Press Enter.

Default Firefox 6.0.2

Seems like there might be yet another update from Firefox. I saw version 6.0.2 available on Kaldata.net. I haven't got any notification from Firefox though. So, it might be a while before this version is announced officially. Might be another security fix of some kind.
