It has phishing and malware filter, what do you mean by web filter? For Facebook, try BitDefender SafeGo.

Using Bodhi Linux and had to uninstall the Firefox 4 addon due to unacceptably high CPU spikes.
More noticeable of course when flicking through links in fairly quick succession but to me it didn't make much sense to be using a low resource system and then run the CPU like this for a browser add-on.
