Does anyone know how to change the color of the Firefox button in Linux? The .css, addon, and stylish ways to do it on Windows don't seem to work on Linux. The Strata Reloaded theme changes it so it is possible.

I have FEBE 7.0 beta 1 installed on FF4 and it appears to be working fine.

I installed FF 4.0 today, however I could not get these 2 extensions to install ...

SSL Guard (protects against mitm attacks)
SSL Password Warning (protects against main-in-the-middle attacks like SSL strip)

I use both these extensions when I use a local WiFi hotspot as I find VPN apps don't always work for me and if they do, they slow my PC down. I have been reading some alarming info of late regarding some of the free VPN apps that are not working all that well on FF4. It appears that Mozilla has a feature that is interfering with location identification, however it can be turned off. By default it is enabled. For anyone who is interested, here is the feature and how you can disable it (may be it will help someone who is having problems with VPN IP address assignment v/v geo locations)...

Location Aware Browsing: is always opt-in. No location information is
ever sent without your permission. If you wish to disable the feature
completely, follow these steps:

In the URL bar, type about:config
Type geo.enabled
Double click on the geo.enabled preference
Location-Aware Browsing is now disabled

Certificate Patrol and Perspectives are compatible with Firefox 4.

I have abandoned the above 2 extensions as I can not get them to install in FF4 and I want MITM protection on WiFi. I found the Perspectives extension (MITM protection) and it works on FF4 and Chrome. Good product.

Added Prospector - Find Suggest.

This restartless add-on is very handy, it show similar words to your ctrl+f that exists on the page.

This looks to be a pretty comprehensive extension.

Privacy Suite by Abine.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir.../privacysuite/

I haven't tried it yet, because I'm not sure if I need it, since I use lastpass and a couple of others, and I'm not quite ready to replace them just yet. It is a suite though, that looks like it could replace several standalone extensions.
