Ah i see. So in your opinion is Opera better than FF or does it just depend on personal choice?

FF Is better for me coz i use lot of addons...dats my personal choice...
i wish chrome didnt crash so many times...coz in terms of browsing speed chrome is way ahead den FF ..and now wid addons it definately is a strong competitor
But it may depend from person to person...
like for slow net connections features like opera turbo will be important

Which one u use grf ? just FF ?

Yeah i just stick with FF. It does what i need and doesn't let me down I used to use Opera a few years ago but at that time it wasn't as good as FF so i switched and never looked back.

My main browser is Chrome, backup browser is FF. If I browse a site in Chrome and it encounters a problem, I check the same site again in FF to see if the problem is due to the browser or the site.

Also, if I log-in to a site on one browser, the site will recognize that you've logged-in using that browser. Without logging out, I can go to the same site using another browser to see the site in a logged out status. Useful for me when trying out some online apps.

My home page is one I made myself (using Kompozer) with the links I most frequently visit.

Nice find Sasmoray. Except zenstart's missing Gizmo's Freeware, for example (oops! ).

Anyone know of something similar where you can choose whatever bookmarks you want to put on your personalized home page? But without privacy issues... a tall order no doubt!

I don't use it myself, but Symbaloo might be what you're looking for. It allows you to add your favourite bookmarked sites in the form of icons, delete the default ones, customise the layout to your liking etc. The start page is here

Think you may have to register in order to save your settings, read the help page, it explains it all on there.
