Here's mention of some extensions for those with accessibility requirements:

From text that is too small to read, to user interfaces that do not offer keyboard navigation options, users with special needs face a lot of challenges when trying to access websites they are interested in. We believe that extensions can complement the work we are doing to make Google Chrome more accessible and can help users with disabilities turn the web from an often unwelcoming place to an environment they can truly enjoy.

A NoScript-like extension has been announced:

I haven't tried it but reports indicate it works for Iron as well. No idea about ChromePlus.

And now there's an extension to look inside other extensions!

See what Google Chrome extensions are up to before you install them
Quote:
... However, as ... extensions have increased access to things like your history, cookies, and file system you may want to take a closer look at what a particular extension can do before you install it.

... Click the view files link and you can actually check out the extension's source code, icons, and manifest file.

You'll obviously need a bit of technical knowledge to benefit from Extension Gallery Inspector as it stands right now. Still, for power users who want to know what an extension has access to -- or developers who are just curious how a particular extension works -- Inspector is a must-have Google Chrome extension.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I was using this one, it was great while in beta, but now it became ridiculously slow and they actually want you to disable your adblocker on their website to speed things up! Yeah right, anything else?

The other extensions that i use are WOT, Adblock, Google Dictionary, IETab and my favourite Speed Dial.

Also besides NoScript, another great security FF add on seems to find it's way to Chrome, LinkExtend.

Another YouTube extension, this time for downloading videos
as MP4 or FLV format. It's a script that installs as an extension
in Chrome (works with the other browsers too), and the good thing
is that it downloads the video directly and does not redirect you to
another site

For noscript replacement look at #63 comment by vasa1
When i recently uninstalled Chrome and reinstall it back from Google Pack,
what i did was i copied the "Default" folder before uninstalling and pasted back
when i reinstalled. So all the settings were saved. If you want to backup
just your extensions i guess you need to copy the "Extensions" subfolder
inside the "Default" folder and save it somewhere in your hard drive.
In XP the "Default" folder is located in

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data

at least this is the path now that Chrome is installed in Program Files directory,
before maybe was something like

...Application Data\Chromium\User Data

if i remember right

About the others, never heard of them as i never used FF
