This is one amazing browser. The perfect blend of Opera and Chromium, 2 of my favorite browsers. Will be testing this.

Snapshot 1.0.321.3 - Tab closing improvements and extension fixes;
https://vivaldi.net/en-US/teamblog/6...xtension-fixes "This is our first snapshot since the beta and we have fixed almost 50 bugs and made further improvements with tab behaviour. Two key fixes that we know some of you were waiting for are: backspace once again navigates in history and several more popular extensions are now working correctly" .............. |

Installed 1.0321.3 over-the-top and it promptly crashed! However, it launched fine at the second attempt. ;-)
Does anyone use the browser inside Sandboxie? I ask this because when I run the browser sandboxed, the icons for all my add-ons no longer show. :-(

Did like you Torres and had same crash issue.
Don't do Sandboxie but you might want to delete your icon cache and see if that helps: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/rebuil...-cache-windows |

Snapshot 1.0.330.3 - Trash folder for bookmarks and notes, plus panel hiding;
https://vivaldi.net/en-US/teamblog/6...d-panel-hiding "Today's snapshot adds a trash folder to bookmarks and notes, and added the ability to show which panels to display. We also fixed a handful of long-standing bugs, some highlights being adding the missing Up (stop loading) mouse gesture and giving you the chance to clear your closed tabs list. We also upgraded Chromium to 47" .......... |

It's certainly coming along nicely, I'm running it now with a handful of extensions installed and it seems fine and stable. And pretty smooth too.
One thing I can't suss is how to set the speed dial page as my homepage. Does anyone know how to do that? |

As far as I know it can't be done yet. There's a recent thread on their forum;
https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/viva...homepage#40638 Never seen any mention of it being set as homepage. I think it may be because the speed dial is an extension. |
