On a similar note...
Upgraded via browser and had that message about Vivaldi already running too. "Funny" thing, after stepping aside for a moment, when i came back, Vivaldi had been completely un-installed! So, downloaded the latest beta and all was back to normal. Go figure. |

Snapshot 1.0.344.34 - move tabs between windows;
https://vivaldi.net/en-US/teamblog/7...etween-windows "This small update to Friday's snapshot is a beta 2 candidate release. Being Vivaldi, we couldn't resist adding in (our initial implementation) of a feature to move tabs between windows. We also fixed a nasty crash" ..... Installed over the top with no problems. |

Flawless install via internal update this time.
Don't get it why 360 Total Security sets off an alert on Vivaldi when i do this upgrading. Did it for Slimjet too. Hope 360 does same for me when 2016 comes around and Microsoft tries to thrush Win 10 down my throat. |

Also installed via internal update with no problems either!
![]() My previous intermittent problem of my add-on icons not showing when using Sandboxie appears to be cured. However, I have noticed that when using Sanboxie there are a total of 12 Vivaldi.exe files running simultaneously: when using Firefox there is only 1; as you'd normally expect. However, if I run Vivaldi unsandboxed the Task Manager shows a total of 10 Vivaldiexe files running!! Very strange ... ![]()

Did a clean install for this version. To start from scratch at the beginning of this year, to get to this stage and with all the added customisation features and options, I think they've done really well to be honest.
They're enthusiastic and totally committed. I like that. Fair play to them. Came across this page, which lists all the bugs fixed since Beta 1; https://update.vivaldi.com/update/1.....0.344.37.html |
