Default OneDrive as network drive

I wasn't sure whether to put this here or in Software Suggestions, I just wanted to share this great tip that I stumbled on yesterday.

https://www.thurrott.com/cloud/micro...-file-explorer

I'm not a fan of installed cloud drive software, it bugs me to have unnecessarily duplicated data on my PCs. Using the advice in the article, it's possible to map OneDrive as a network drive without having to install the software.

It took me a little while to find my CID ... it doesn't show in my URL field as the article says it should. Once I'd sussed that though, it was pretty easy to set up and works very well. Naturally it isn't blindingly fast, but it's very stable and usable and doesn't seem to be heavy on resources when up/downloading.

Sadly the same trick doesn't work with Google Drive or Dropbox, for reasons that are beyond my knowledge.
