Foxmail
A new version of Foxmail has just been released.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Interne.../Foxmail.shtml I know these things are all a matter of personal preference but I rate this one way above anything else. Uses about one-quarter of the memory of Thunderbird and has much better skinning and other configuration options including the best set of status and tray graphics I've seen.
