I have several other 'signatures in disguise' in this forum that you guys may or may not be aware of.

Whoever finds them first will get.................. (drum roll please).................. absolutely nothing except the satisfaction of being the first to find them!

Party for having more than 200 posts?
Party? It never crossed my mind but that's a good idea, I shall have this 'part-tea' sometime tonight, I hope this 'part-tea' taste as good as normal tea (or any other beverages).

Here is another link giving the StatCounter global stats as given by Jojoyee earlier, but this is over a longer period of time. According to the article, FF 3.5 is now the world's most popular browser.

Details here :

Oh, and bk_7312, I don't know about part-tea, but if you keep a party with normal tea, do call me over .

Now M$ is looking at IE9, improving the speed is the major goal.

Quote:
After years of browsers that the community had deemed a bit backward, and perhaps even unsafe, IE9 seems to be attempting to pick up the slack.

Microsoft has also been focusing on speeding up IE, which makes sense given the gigantic speed increases found in Chrome, and the latest builds of Firefox. It listed improving the speed of its Javascript capabilities as a major goal in the short-term.

The latest version 3.5.6 is mighty impressive. Its fast too. Just not as snappy as Google Chrome, but still very good.

News is that Opera 10.50 alpha build is even faster than FF 3.6, and comes quite close to Google Chrome. But well, am a Firefox user, and I find it the best among all other browsers. I am quite excited about FF 3.6.

Firefox 3.5.7 has been released. Not much changes in this version... a common stability issue fixed, and also how the updates occur(have to find out more about this).

I am going to attempt a prediction now, both Firefox 3.5.8 and Firefox 3.0.18 will probably be released on 16 February 2010 or sometime during mid-February.
