Torres-no-tan-magnifico, Thanks for your suggestion. They offered on-line work in two print setup options. This was not desirable as printing in A4 used up lots of ink. I managed to find an old free dated software that did the job. Although it had limitations, I combined the used of two other free software which resulted in the attached file. Please enjoy. Here's another option.
Scribus desktop publishing software will run Python scripts that create multipage calendars with placeholders for images. I've seen several different versions.

Torres-no-tan-magnifico, Apologies that you did not find any attachments. The 2012 year calendar Zipped around 1.3Mb. Monthly calendars in PDF hovered around 120Kb. These files were of course rejected. It would great if you could give me a solution to get this out to you. Thanks Annykim |
