Default ..allows users to share a to-do list

I have 3 users working in an office (but not necessarily at the same times) and I need some sort of shared to-do list that each can read and edit. Ideally, I'd prefer not to use an online solution. The main criteria however, is it has to be extremely simple. I don't need the ability to drag webpages to it or anything of that nature. Nor does it need to have a calendar/diary (although I wouldn't be totally against it if, again, they were very simple).

Any ideas/suggestions greatly received!

Cheers
Darren

Default Your Mail App, Taskbarn, and you might Check out Google Team Edition

What are you using for your mail client, I know lotus notes and many others have this feature.

I saw this but have not checked it out yet - http://helpdeskgeek.com/free-tools-r...ment-software/

Also try http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/business/team.html

I think this might do the trick for you.. Tasks might not be fully integrated yet but it looks like it may be coming soon..

Hi and thanks for the reply. They're using Thunderbird as their email client. I'll definitely check out your suggestions and let you know how I get on.

Thanks again

If the 3 users are sharing a network, then the FireFox/Thunderbird extension ReminderFox might be the answer.

According to their FAQ the reminders and to dos can be shared across the network
and there is an option for automatic synchronization between the computers on the network.

Default Sunbird

If your using Thunderbird than reminderfox should work, you may also want to look into Sunbird and then synching with a google calendar this would give you outstanding calendar sharing.
