Thanks for sharing but I want another software if you have or found somewhere then please post here.
I need a software that convert audio file into text file. Means mp3 or video file will be convert into written form.
Is there any kind of software do you have?

Tazz, I don't know of any freeware off hand that will do what you want. I would have to go out and search for it. The terms to use here would be "Speech Recognition" or "Speech to Text convertion."
